Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Cash App, Zelle, or through the payment link on the site. Remaining balances must be paid in cash. Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled but can be rescheduled. Preparation Requirements: Please arrive with your hair washed and properly blown out. This is essential for the quality of your style. If your hair is not prepared as required, your appointment will be rescheduled. This policy ensures timely service for all clients. Hair Color Provided : Standard natural hair colors (1, 1b, 2, 4) are included for styles such as knotless, tribal, or island twists. Special hair colors (e.g., 27, 30, 613, pink) are available for an additional $15. Scheduling Considerations: Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the thickness of your hair and the complexity of the style. Please ensure your schedule is flexible when booking.
