Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. £10 deposit is required at the time of booking and is to be sent to the following business account: Luna Nails by Lucy 08268282 050005 Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment before the 24 hours, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment total, as I will not be able to fill your space at such short notice. No further appointments will be accepted by me until this is paid.
