Booking Policy
Group bookings of 2 or more people will require a £10 per person booking fee to secure the appointment. Group bookings will not be confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.

Late Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and a £10 booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.

Cancellation Policy
For any booking I require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation. Any
cancellations outside of this time frame will require a £10 booking fee to secure any future appointment. Any appointment where a booking fee has been paid and is cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment will be rescheduled. All booking fees paid will be NON REFUNDABLE outside of this time frame.

All booking fees and services are payable by cash or bank transfer.
