By booking with Lully Nails, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Lully Nails. We require a £12 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment for each 1 hour reserved for your appointment request. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable booking fee policy. Deposits are non refundable and will be used towards the cost of your appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and payment methods of cash or bank transfer are accepted. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. For all tinting and lash lift treatments, a skin patch test must be arranged and carried out minimum of 48 hours before the treatment can go ahead. Please do not book these treatments if you have not arranged a patch test. A waiver will not be offered to agree to book without prior testing. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
