	•	Para reservar una cita se requiere un depósito, el cual se descontará del total del servicio el día de la cita.
	•	El depósito no es reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia.
	•	Si necesitas cancelar o reprogramar, debes hacerlo con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. En ese caso, el depósito se mantendrá válido para reagendar una nueva cita dentro de los próximos 30 días.
	•	Si no cancelas ni reprogramas con el tiempo requerido, llegas tarde más de 20 minutos o no te presentas a tu cita, perderás el depósito y deberás dejar uno nuevo para una futura reserva.

Puntualidad:
Llegar con más de 20 minutos de retraso permitirá únicamente realizar un servicio rápido, sujeto a disponibilidad. Si el retraso es mayor, la cita será cancelada automáticamente y se perderá el depósito.

Booking Policy & Conditions
	•	A deposit is required to book an appointment. It will be applied toward the total amount on the day of your service.
	•	Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
	•	If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, your deposit will remain valid to reschedule within the next 30 days.
	•	If you don’t cancel or reschedule on time, arrive more than 20 minutes late, or don’t show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book again.

Punctuality:
Arriving more than 20 minutes late will only allow a quick service, subject to availability. If the delay exceeds that time, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit will be lost.
