Thank You For Choosing Lucky Mutt Grooming! Mobile Dog Grooming is a convenient way to have both your pet's hygienic and aesthetic needs met. Lucky Mutt Grooming comes right to your door so confirmation of appointment and time is very important. We are mindful of your time, and ask that our clients do the same. APPOINTMENTS A deposit of $25 is required to book your appointment. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposit is only refundable if cancellation is done BEFORE the 24 hour mark. Rescheduling should be done before the same time frame. UPON ARRIVAL Lucky Mutt Grooming is happy to serve you at your home or office! Reminder texts are sent the day before your appointment. We ask that you are on time for your appointment. Even though we come to you, we cannot have excessive wait times upon arrival. Starting a groom service late could affect the other subsequent appointments and their timeframe. A 10 min grace period will be given, then appointment will be cancelled. VAN POLICY It is with great pride that clients trust Lucky Mutt with the well being and hygienic health of their dog. Much care, patience and love go into grooming dogs of all ages, breeds, and coats. We do ask that after check in, pet parents cannot stay in the van. This is a safety and liability factor. The confined place of the grooming van gets wet, loud and of course fur filled. Your dog is in good hands. Picture-update texts of can be requested. You will be contacted via call or text when your pet's service is done. Please remember, your dog is only steps away, in the care of a patient professional. SERVICE POLICY *Any Service that requires a haircut or trim, is considered a groom service. *If your pet is found to have fleas, you will be notified, then they will receive a flea and tick bath even if it wasn't a selected service. Most dogs that have fleas may not even be noticed by their pet parent. But as a professional groomer, these are things we have to look out for. Keeping the grooming area free of pests and is mandatory, so sanitizing and neutralizing fleas or ticks, is something that has to be done to protect the integrity of the grooming van and service area. *Under no circumstances, will our groomer(s) accommodate an aggressive dog or customer. PRICING/PAYMENT *Prices are non-negotiable. If there is part of a chosen service that is declined, price for that service will not be discounted. *Any Service that requires a haircut or trim, is considered a groom service. *All services and merchandise subject to standard Texas State Tax at 6.25% and then an extra 2% where applicable By making appointment, you agree to terms and conditions set by Lucky Mutt Grooming Hours Of Availability Most hours of availability start in the morning so booking slots are between 8am-12noon most days. These are the hours of start time, and services range between 1-3 hours per dog. Payment A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book appointment. This minimizes no shows and last minute cancellations. All deposits are applied to chosen service total. Also, deposits are only refundable if cancellation or rescheduling is done before the 24 hours mark of set appointment.
