Late arrivals may incur a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past the scheduled time, and services may be shortened if delays impact other appointments. Cancellations or reschedules are welcomed with advance notice, and we encourage clients to use the provided rescheduling link to secure a new date, subject to availability. Please ensure your card on file processes successfully. Failure of payment may result in being released as a client and inability to schedule future services. The remaining balance for your service is due on or before the day of your appointment, unless otherwise indicated.
