Hello, welcome to the booking website of Lovely Locs. My name is Leah and I will be your Loctician. If you are new here, I have a $20-$100 non refundable deposit fee (depending on the cost of the appointment) that goes toward the appointment full payment. This deposit is to ensure you have your spot locked in and no one can take your appointment time. Any cancelled or rescheduled appointments are up to 24 hours before start time. Clients can be late up to 15 minutes after their appointment time. Anytime after 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule (with a new deposit) with either I or on this website. Please be sure to know same day appointments are $30 extra. If you would like a same day appointment and the time slot is not available via website please contact me via Facebook (Lovely Locs) to see if I have any availability that day. I ask all clientele that if you do not book for a pre wash you must already come with your hair clean. I will NOT under any circumstances work on unclean hair. If I have to make any changes to your appointment the day of there will be a $25 fee. I am only one person I aim to please all my clientele and I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible.
