Meet Danielle & Vivi 🤍🐾 At Love & Light Pet Spa, we believe every pup deserves to feel safe, comfortable and truly loved. Danielle brings 15 years of grooming experience and a patient, gentle approach to every pup in her care. She specializes in small-breed cuts and breed-specific styling, but her greatest priority is making sure each dog feels safe, understood and comfortable. She takes her time, works at each pup’s pace and uses kennels only when necessary, creating a calm experience filled with patience, reassurance and love. Vivi brings 6+ years of experience bathing, brushing and fluff drying, along with creative color, double-coated breed outline trims and nail care. Her naturally calm, patient energy helps pups feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Together, Danielle & Vivi put their hearts into making Love & Light a peaceful, positive place where every pup is loved like family. 🤍✨🐾
Policy and Terms
Cancellation, No-Show & Payment Policy We understand plans change & sometimes emergencies arise however to ensure appointment availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the remaining balance for 100% of the services booked, less any deposit already paid. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked. All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file. Payment is due at the time services are completed. If payment has not been received within 15 minutes of leaving with your pet, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the card on file. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation, no-show, deposit, and payment policies.
