My eight year old cockapoo Phoebe had her first groom with Lou yesterday. Phoebe can be a nervous girl and she has arthritis affecting all four paws, so I asked Lou to be very gentle and careful with her. Delighted with the results. Phoebe looked so much livelier after her groom, think all her heavy curly fur had been making her hot. She looks gorgeous. Very pleased. Lou was so kind and patient.

Lovely care, really thoughtful and kind. 
Clara came back realy happy, and so did we.

Lovely grooming and experience for my xs chihuahua. Calm and friendly atmosphere is provided. Outdoor space provided as well. Varies treatment and spa options for all needs at a good price. Highly recommend. 

Lou always gives Teddy a great cut for. Teddy looks always clean and looking very sharp for the next two months.

Lou’s Grooming is amazing and a true gem! My dog is quite nervous about grooming, and she instantly warmed up to Lou, which made the experience stress-free for both of us. Lou is looking after Lily our Sheepadoodle’s coat that is prone to matting. She is thoughtful and careful about keeping her fur as long as we can without getting to mats. Plus Lil loves her.

Lou's Grooming does a wonderful job. Olive always comes out wiggling – preened and smelling lovely. A calming and non-stressful groom. Trimming her can be tricky but she always comes out with the perfect balance all over – love the ears and chest left a tad longer. So cute.
