Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments within 48 hours before start time. If clients reschedule their appointment due to family emergency or sickness. As long as the rescheduled appointment is scheduled within 5-7 days, no cancellation fees will be applied. Cancellations less than 48 hours, may have a cancellation fee of $50. Lockouts will have a fee of up to 50% of the invoice. All recurring clients that are on a services agreement, we require 30 days notice of cancellation of services. We need notice, to be able to find a replacement due to holding your space for your appointments and our staff need payment consistency. We guarantee satisfaction of our cleaning services. Our staff are human and at times make mistakes and miss a spot. If we do, we will come back and fix it. We ask clients to notify us of any issues with their cleaning with in 24 hours.
