Booking Policy: Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Luxy. We require a $10.00 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Appointment Confirmation Policy: To ensure availability for all clients, appointments must be confirmed via text or call, within the requested confirmation window. If confirmation is not received in time, the appointment may be canceled and offered to another client on the waitlist. Clients who arrive after a canceled appointment due to non-confirmation will need to rebook based on current availability. Repeated no confirmations may require a deposit for future bookings. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This includes cancellation of individual services and/or entire appointment.
