Policy: Clients of Looks by K.Lei LLC can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. By booking an appointment with Looks by K.Lei LLC, clients agree to adhere to this policy.
