No appointment is confirmed unless you have received a message to say your appointment has been accepted. All deposits are appointment holding fees and are taken upon booking. Appointment holding fee is nonrefundable after booking. - 72 hours notice must be given before rescheduling to use the same deposit. Cancellations: Cancellations on the day before/on the day of your appointment / Failure to notify me that you cannot attend your appointment are required to make full payment of the remainder of the appointment which will be charged by my system. - 10 MINS + of lateness will result in you having to reschedule your appointment as I simply won’t have enough time to do your treatment.
