Long Haul Tattoo Collective, led by an award-winning artist with 8 years of professional experience, is a talented team based studio in Houston. Longhaul Tattoos

A tattoo deposit is paid before/during a consultation with an artist to begin work on a tattoo design, and to hold a tattoo appointment thereafter. The amount of the deposit can equal to one or two of the artist's hourly/session rate. ($50-$500)

THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS THE COST OF THE TATTOO. *Typically used to clean up spots missed, highlighting, any touch ups needed, or just a little flare added!*

This contract binds and protects the client and the artist, showing the value of time for both parties. 

Please understand that artists are human and will respect the rules as much as possible, but sometimes things and life happen to us as well. 


In reading and booking with this agreement I acknowledge and agree as follows:

All tattoo deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the LAST session of the tattoo.

Upon paying a deposit I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to the artist to my satisfaction, and have reviewed the artist's prior works to decide that the artist can implement my idea to my satisfaction. I understand that creating a tattoo design based on a client's concept is subjective, and that variations may exist between my concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to my liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion up to the time of the appointment date.

*OUR artists do not pre-draw MOST designs; the designs are all done on the first appointment with the client and artist together, unless specified differently.*

A deposit will be forfeited in full in the case of:

• I do not appear for a tattoo appointment;

• I arrive more than 30 minutes late to a tattoo appointment; without communication or notice;

I reschedule 3 or more times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice;

I fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment;

I cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 72 hour notice;

*ONLY for MEAGAN WILLIAMS- I cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least a 3 day notice; knowing that it may take up to a 1-2 month wait for the next appointment date availability.*

BILLING

I understand that I will be billed at the artist's current hourly/daily rate, starting at the time for the tattoo session.

Be sure to bring a government-issued identification to the tattoo appointment.

BOOKING

Once a deposit is made, you’re able to access a digital link to make an appointment of your choosing. A vast majority of the available appointments begin at 9am, and a select few begin later. If you ask, sometimes I can accommodate that. Feel free to do so. All appointments are FCFS, one a deposit is made and a date is requested, it’s yours as long as it hasn’t been secured by another.
