Policy and Terms

To honor the time, I set aside for each client, a $25 deposit is required when booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill when you arrive for your appointment. Because that time is reserved especially for you, deposits are non‑refundable in the event of cancellations or no‑shows.

New Client Referral

Referral Program Terms and Conditions Effective January 2025, Loleta's Tax Services (LTS) offers a referral fee of $25.00 for new client referrals, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Referral Requirement: The referred client must have their taxes prepared by Loleta's Tax Services. 2. Payment Requirement: LTS must receive full payment for the tax preparation services before any referral fee is issued. 3. Referral Fee Issuance: The referral fee will be paid once the referred client’s taxes are completed, and payment for such services has been received by LTS. 4. New Client Eligibility: Referrals must be for new clients who have not previously used LTS services. Referrals for prior clients or clients from previous years are not eligible under this program, effective for 2025. 5. Payment Method: Referral fees will be paid exclusively via Zelle or Cash App. By participating in this referral program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

Clients can upload their documents directly into the Secure File Pro portal without the need to visit in person or pay a deposit. However, please note that payment must be made before the return is e-filed, unless the payment can be deducted from a return that is due a refund. This ensures the timely processing of your return while keeping the submission process convenient and secure.
