Clients with a loc amount of 120 or more will incur an additional fee due to extended service time.

Payments:

A $20 deposit is required when booking through the website. This deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your total.

The remaining balance is due in cash at the end of each appointment. I understand things happen, but please note: moving forward, I will only accept cash for final payments unless prior arrangements have been made.

If cash isn’t brought at the time of service in the future, there may be a $10 inconvenience fee or the appointment may be canceled. I appreciate your understanding and respecting my time 💕

Late policy:

There is a 20-minute grace period:
	•	5–15 minutes late = $10 late fee
	•	16–20 minutes late = $15 late fee
	•	After 20 minutes = Appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Please be respectful of my time and the time of other clients by arriving promptly. Thank you for your understanding 💕

Extended Style Policy:

When you book an extended style, you are reserving a set amount of time specifically for that service. Changing your mind the day of your appointment (ex: switching to a basic 2-hour retwist and style) takes away time that could’ve been given to another client.

Because of this, you will still be responsible for paying the full price of the style you originally booked.

Please book responsibly and be sure of your selection before confirming your appointment. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and schedule 💕

For all styles requiring added hair, only Shake N Go or Model Model Cuban Twist hair is accepted. Please bring the exact number of packs listed in the style description.

If you arrive with the wrong brand or less than the required amount, a $20 inconvenience fee will apply, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.


I set hair requirements to ensure the best results — please come prepared and trust the process 💕

Shampoo Policy:

A shampoo and conditioner is included in your service. If you prefer, you may arrive with clean hair instead — however, if there is product buildup, grease, or dirt in your “clean” hair, a $10 shampoo fee will be added, as I cannot work on unclean hair for health and quality reasons.

✅ If your hair is genuinely clean and product-free, you’ll receive $10 off your service total.
🚫 If not, I will wash it on-site and the fee will apply.

Please come prepared — a clean scalp and hair is essential to your loc health and my ability to give you the best results! 💕

📅 Cancellation Policy:

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
	•	If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
	•	You may reschedule up to 2 times using the same deposit.
	•	If you don’t reschedule within 2 weeks of your original appointment, it will be considered a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required.

I’ve been to Aasha four times now, and each visit has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, she’s made me feel welcome and comfortable in her space. Her professionalism, skill, and energy shine through every time, making it clear that she truly loves her craft. This time, she retwisted my locs and did a two-strand rope twist style for the first time, and I’m absolutely obsessed with how perfect it turned out!

I am beyond satisfied with my locs. She did such an amazing job. The style was to perfection! She was very gentle and the style is not tight at all. She did my hair in a timely manner, the style calls for 6 hours and we were done in 6 hours! Which helped planning out the rest of my day. Booking with her was easy, she described everything well on her site, very professional. She is such a sweet person, I felt comfortable being in her presence. I will definitely be back. Booking is easy, very professional, and educates me on my loc journey every appointment.

I came to her with a complex situation. My hair needs some work - but she came through! She is educated in her craft. Took time explaining everything to me about my hair and what’s good and bad for it and also let me know how I could continue to maintain my locs . She did my hair for graduation and it came out so nice , I literally just took it 6 weeks later to give my hair breathing room and a wash, but the style was done so well it was still poppin 10/10!!!! Aasha is the BESSST!!! Ive been going to her since my very first retwist and now my locs are 8 months old. My favorite thing is that now that her wash services are back up, she treats your hair to your concerns. For example she used a medicated shampoo on my scalp because it is sensitive. She’s sweet, nice and genuine. She treats my crown with lots of care and love. I recommend her 1000%!!!! Thanks Aasha you’re the best!!!
