Here's a brief summary of our current policies. *DEPOSITS & PRE-PAYMENTS* Deposits and payments for booking can be paid by calling or texting 229-329-1709. Most deposits are 15%. THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS We require 48-hour notices for all cancellations. Less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being non-transferable. If 48 hours notice is given the deposit may be transferred to the very next appt. If 48 hours notice is not given you forfeit your deposit, and another deposit will be required to secure future appointments. *AVAILABILITY/ CALENDAR* Locs by Lavonne reserves the right to decline appointments from clients who often reschedule or no call/no show. Cancellations made in the day of the appointment or arriving 30 minutes late are considered no call/no show and entire deposit will be forfeited. Our calendar only shows availability on a rolling basis. We are an appointment only salon which means we are generally unable to accommodate walk ins or same day appts. *DEPOSITS & PRE-PAYMENTS* We accept cash, Apple Pay and Zelle payments (ONLY) Deposits and payments for bookings can be made via Cash App ($J3AMILLER), Zelle (702-218-6674), or by contacting us at 229-329-1709. *APPOINTMENTS* The calendar shows availability in real time. It will not allow you to book a particular service or combination of services, a "squeeze in" for that service may be possible. Contact Erica for more information. *Special Services may be cancelled up to 48 hours from when deposit is paid for a full refund. Special Service deposits must be paid by specified cut-off time. If not, client must contact Locs by Lavonne to schedule. Clients are strongly to encouraged to pay deposit when scheduling appointment on booking site. If this is not a viable option, contact us for other payment options. *REFUNDS & CREDITS* ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES. If you cancel your appt AT ANY TIME, you WILL NOT receive a refund of your deposit. Your deposit can be transferred to your very next appt (one time transfer) if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice. *COMMITMENT TO CLIENT* Locs by Lavonne does its best to offer the highest quality in service and customer service, but no guarantees or refunds are offered on hair services. If you have concerns, we welcome you to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. *SPECIAL SERVICES* Special Services are Loc Creation, Loc Extensions, and Extensive Repair services. These take longer to complete than normal services (5-16+ hours), and usually require a signed contract* and at a minimum 50% deposit. All terms listed in contract apply and super-cede any Locs by Lavonne policies. Special services may be cancelled up to 2 days from when deposit is paid for a full refund. Once 2 days have passed, 3 weeks notice is required to reschedule the appointment without penalty. Clients who give less than 3 weeks notice will have $100 or 25% (whichever is more) deducted from the deposit, and the appointment must be rescheduled within 1 month or the entire deposit will be forfeited. *POLCY TERMS* All clients are required and expected to read and familiarize themselves with our full policy. Your booking confirmation confirms that you have read and agree to all booking terms. Please come alone at your specified appointment time.
