Deposits Deposits are deducted from the total balance of appointment. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Cancellation/Lateness Policy Cancellations made before 48 hours are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be a 50% charge of service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be full charge of service. Disclaimer If you do not attend your appointment or if you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel, the full amount will be taken from your card at our discretion. Please make sure to turn up on time, If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment I will not be able to carry out your service, you will be made to rebook and will loose your deposit. Cash or bank transfer is preferred to pay the Remaining balance.
