|Deposits|
All appointments made require a $25 non-refundable deposit, that must be paid before appointment. Deposits can be made via bank transfer (Commonwealth) or brought in cash in store. Appointments will be confirmed once deposits are made. 

|Cancellation|
If you need to reschedule/cancel appointments, it must be done at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. 

|Late|
There is a 20 minute grace period. After 20 minutes an additional $20 will be added to the completion of your service. Your appointment will also be cancelled or rescheduled. Kindly keep into consideration my time as well as others who booked after. 

|Refunds| 
There is a non-refundable policy. 

*Appointments requested on an off day is an additional $40* 
*Appointments requested before/after working hours (6am-7:30am) is an additional $40 *

Saturdays are walk-ins ONLY
