• Loc’D By Nelly may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. 
•Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. 
• 10 minutes late is an additional $10 added to your service. Over 20 minutes late with no update will lead to your appt being cancelled.
