Please review before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

1. Home-Based Environment
Locd’N with Philly is a home-based business, providing a clean, comfortable, and professional setting for every client. The full address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment for privacy and safety reasons.

2. No Call / No Show Policy
If you do not call or show up for your appointment, a no-show fee will be charged, and you may be required to pay in full before rebooking. Repeated no-shows can result in being blocked from future appointments.

3. No Extra Guests
To keep the space peaceful and private, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced.

4. Late Policy
Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or a late fee may apply. If you’re running late, please communicate as soon as possible — I understand things happen!

5. No Rushing Policy
Each style and service takes time to ensure quality results. Please book your appointment on a day when you don’t have other plans or time constraints right after, so your service can be completed without feeling rushed.

6. Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

7. Rescheduling / Cancellations
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
