• A $5 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. The deposit will go toward your final balance.

• Accepted payment methods: Card, Apple Pay, and Cash App only.

•The remaining balance is due BEFORE leaving in any from listed above as well as cash .

• Please be punctual.If you are going to be early communicate please as well due to me having to prep for clients in advance . 

– A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes.
– After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled with no exceptions.

• No wash = No service.
– I do not provide washing services.
– Clients must arrive with clean hair, free of all products.
– If not, your appointment will be pushed to the next available time (same-day availability is not guaranteed).

• Feel free to bring your own form of entertainment during your appointment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel within less than 24 hours or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Clients are allowed a one-time reschedule using the same deposit if notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Travel appointments require an additional $15 fee.
– Travel must be selected prior to booking.
– If not selected, you will be required to come to me for your appointment.
