**LoccdByHaiti – Business Description & Policies** **LoccdByHaiti** is dedicated to providing quality loc care in a clean, calm, and respectful environment. My goal is to ensure every client receives intentional service, professionalism, and a great experience from start to finish. To maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies before booking: **Appointments & Deposits** * A **$50 non-refundable deposit** is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits go toward your service total. **Grace Period & Late Fees** * A **10-minute grace period** is allowed. * After 10 minutes, a **$25 late fee** will be applied. * If I am **15 minutes late** to your appointment, **$15 will be deducted** from your total. **Guests** * **No extra people** are allowed unless previously approved. This helps maintain a peaceful and professional space. **Services** * **Wash is included for free** with every service. * **Dye services are available starting at $50** (price may vary depending on hair length and color). **Client Comfort** * **Snacks and water are provided** for your comfort during your appointment. **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** * Appointments must be **canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance**. * **Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit**. * Deposits **do not transfer** to missed appointments. * Clients who no-show may be required to **pay in full upfront** for future bookings.
