Policy and Terms

Loc Theory Salon Suite - Client Rules & Policies To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following: 1. Appointments Only - All services are by appointment. Please book in advance. 2. Punctuality - A $10 late fee applies if you arrive 15+ minutes late. After 20 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 3. Cancellations/ Reschedules - Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 4. No Extra Guests - To maintain a calm and focused environment, only clients receiving services are permitted. 5. Payments - Balance is due at the time of service. Accepted forms: Cash, Zelle, or Card (processing fees may apply). 6. Respect - Loc Theory is a safe, welcoming space. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 7. Kids' Services - Children must be booked for services and supervised at all times. 8. Follow-Up Care - Ask about recommended products to keep your locs healthy between visits.
