The name is inspired by my German roots and the hardworking spirit of my great-grandfather, passed down through my Grandma Ruby, who was just as dedicated and hardworking in her own right. At Ruhe Haus, it’s all about creating a peaceful escape where you can relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with your body. I’m a licensed massage therapist serving Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis Counties, offering personalized sessions to meet your unique needs; whether you’re after deep relaxation, therapeutic care, or something a bit more targeted. I graduated from one of the nation’s top massage schools, the Utah College of Massage Therapy, in 2013, and I’m passionate about combining techniques that give you the results you’re looking for. From relaxation, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy to lymphatic drainage for pre- and post-op care, I’ve got you covered. I also offer body treatments for dry feet, rough hands, and aging skin. Policy and Terms

Please Read! I value your time and commitment. To ensure the best service for everyone, please follow these guidelines: Client Boundaries / Professional Boundaries: • Massage therapy is a professional health service and all sessions are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate, suggestive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required. Future appointments may be declined at the therapist’s discretion. If behavior is threatening, harassing, or otherwise illegal, authorities will be contacted. Gift Policy: • While tipping is never expected, some clients choose to show appreciation through gifts. These may be accepted at the therapist’s discretion. However, gifts that feel overly personal, emotionally intimate, or that blur professional boundaries will be declined. This policy is in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for both the client and the therapist. Scheduling & Cancellation Policies: • No deposit is required to book at this time, but this may change if needed in the future. • Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee to continue booking in the future. • No-shows: After three no-shows, booking privileges will be revoked. A $25 fee will be charged for each no-show if you wish to rebook. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. If a late start is accommodated, the session will be shortened to end on time, and the full session fee will still apply. Massage Bundle Package: I offer discounted massage packages: • Standard 3-hour package: $85 per hour ($255 total) • Premium 5-hour package: $80per hour ($400 total) • Gold 10-hour package: $75 per hour ($750 total) • Senior Discount 3-hour package (60+ years): $220 total • These packages can be used in any combination of session lengths (e.g., 30 minutes, 90 minutes, or 60 minutes). • Packages expire after one year and are non-refundable. Discounts cannot be combined with package deals. * Must be 18+ to book.* **Minors require a parent/guardian to sign a consent form and sit in on the session.** By booking, you agree to these terms. To prepare, stay hydrated, eat beforehand, and avoid shaving or exfoliating the treatment area.
