Policy and Terms

‼️Consent Form Policy: Please complete the consent form before your appointment! You can find the link in my Linktree under the contact section. Just scroll down and tap to get started. ‼️Late Policy .. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late you will be asked to rescheule your appointment. ‼️Cancelation policy If you can’t make it please rescheduled, we are human things happen! I’m happy to work with you. ​You will be charged a fee if you do no call, no show. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Less than 24hr notice will be charged a fee. 💓Lash Extensions Policy ​Aftercare It is important to follow all after care instructions that your lash tech has given you. You will be given a a little bag with aftercare instructions, 2-3 wand brushes & shampoo lash brush. Lash Shampoo Washing your lashes is a big part of good retention. Don't be afraid to wash your lash extensions daily. I recommend my Lash shampoo to properly cleanse your lashes everyday. Not cleansing your lashes everyday will affect your retention. Lash shampoo & Bottle: $12 Refills: $7 (Bring in your bottle) Foreign Fills I do not offer foreign fills from other lash artists, if you are a new client, please be sure to schedule a removal & a full set. Fills Lash fills need to be scheduled every 2-3 weeks after that will be a full set. ✨Appointments Please be sure to pre-book your next appointment, so you are able to get in for your fills. ​‼️No refunds on Eyelash Extensions* If you have any concerns with the service you received, please contact within 48 hrs.
