MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! Booking & Deposits • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit goes 100% towards your service total. Guest Policy • No extra guests allowed at the service area. • Extra guests will be asked to wait in the designated waiting area. Late Policy • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • If you are later than 15 minutes without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Must be done 24–48 hours in advance. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service before another appointment can be made. • A second no-show will result in being permanently blocked from booking. (Communication is key ladies! ) Walk-ins • Walk-ins are welcome only during designated hours. • Appointments are highly recommended for guaranteed availability. Service Restrictions • Please arrive with clean feet and clean hands to ensure proper sanitation and the best service experience. • Foreign fills are not accepted (no fills on work done by another tech). • I do not work over any signs of fungus. If you have, or suspect you may have, a fungal infection, please do not book an appointment. Consent & Acknowledgments By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following: 1. I voluntarily agree to receive nail services provided by the technician. 2. I understand that the nail technician is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. 3. I will disclose any known allergies, health conditions, or infections prior to the service. 4. I understand that results may vary depending on my nail condition, lifestyle, and proper aftercare. 5. I release the nail technician from any liability for damage or injury that may occur during or after the service, provided reasonable care was taken. 6. I agree to follow all aftercare instructions and understand that failure to do so may affect the longevity and health of my nails. 7. I understand that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes and give permission unless I request otherwise. 8. I understand NO REFUNDS will be issued for services rendered. If you are unhappy, please raise concerns before leaving the appointment.
