Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs; appointments may be rescheduled only once; subsequent rescheduling requests will not be permitted, and the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are not issued once the service has been completed. Personal and booking information is collected solely for the purpose of providing the service and is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to process payments or as required by law. Finally, please remember that if you have an appointment for two services but decide on the day of your appointment to receive only one, you will still be charged for both services.
