Booking: • All appointments must be booked in advanced through my DMs or online booking link ​ • A non-refundable Deposit of $10 is required to secure your spot. ​ • Please make sure to confirm your appointment at least 1 hour before your appointment, if you do not confirm within 30 minutes prior unfortunately I will need to cancel your appointment leading to you having to book another appointment. Cancellations & Reschedules • You may reschedule once if you notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment.​ ​ • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit​ ​ • Please be respectful of my time and other clients. Payments: • The remaining balance is due via Cash, PayPal, or Cash App.​ ​ • Please have the correct amount ready before your appointment. Nail Art & designs: • Please make sure you have clean, bare nails unless you've booked a soak-off.​ ​ • Have inspirational pictures if you'd like, or let me freestyle a design for you!​ ​ • Each set is unique - designs may vary slightly based on your nail shape and length Hygiene & Safety: • All tools are disinfected and sanitized after every client. ​ !! ⚠️ Please reschedule if you have cuts, infections, or any nail damage. (Fungus included) ⚠️ !! Respect & Communication • I value a positive, kind, and professional environment for everyone. • If you're unhappy during your service or anything in particular, please let me know before the end of your service so I can address the issue promptly. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE !! I may allow squeeze ins if there was a cancellation.
