Please read the following policies before booking your appointment. 📌 Deposits * A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. * Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ⏰ Late Policy * Please arrive on time. * A 15-minute grace period is allowed. * If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. 🚫 No-Show Policy * Clients who do not show up without notice will forfeit their deposit. * Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. 💳 Payments * Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. * Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and card (list the ones you accept). 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Preparation * Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and free of heavy oils or product buildup unless your booked service includes a shampoo. * If additional prep is needed, an extra fee may apply. 👧🏽 Extra Guests * Due to limited space, please do not bring extra guests unless they are being serviced. 📸 Photos & Videos * Photos and videos may be taken after your service for portfolio and social media purposes.
