Lily has been fantastic since I started treatment in late 2025. She not only understood my injury, but also dug into my lifestyle to identify the habits causing recurring issues. Her honest guidance on temporarily scaling back exercise has helped me rebuild properly. Highly recommend.

I have tried a few other places and have to say that I found Lilly Thomas to be very good,  A relaxed but very thorough and knowledgeable approach  to solving my issue.

We’ve come to see Lily because our rescue dog would not stop growling in the evenings. Within minutes of seeing her, Lily  knew the problem was  in her Back and treated her. Just after one week we have seen a dramatic improvement. Being a rescue, my dog doesn’t trust people but she’s taken to Lily immediately! Great first visit.   Lily is clearly extremely qualified at what she does.    Her analysis is precise and clear.   Her treatment for me wasn't the usual 'cracking' but centered on the areas of concern which at the time didn't cause any discomfort but the next day I certainly could feel I had been realigned.   Her treatment room is bright and area and the approach is friendly and helpful.  I will return for further sessions.

Lily has a magic touch: she got me back to normal (from intense shoulder/neck pain) in just 2 sessions. Highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Lily for over a year. Her knowledge and experience makes her one of the best practitioners I have ever met. She has totally helped me recover from a back accident. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Lily is a warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable osteopath. She listens and asks lots of questions before treating you and I’ve always come away from her feeling relieved and much better. She cured some sciatic pain in my leg I had a few years ago after not taking care of myself as a mummy - lifting heavy weights and twisting awkwardly and neglecting my body and I’m currently having some more treatment for back pain. Wi would definitely recommend her.
