Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. If you still cancel with notice £20  deposit is still required upon booking & not refundable 

If cancelled 24 hours before the appointment or a no show you will be charged the full amount. £20 deposits are required in December. 

I will not be able to do your makeup if you have a cold sore. I’ll only be able to do your eyes, this is with no exceptions atall due to obvious reasons of hygiene & spreading contagious bacteria onto another clients face. If you do have cold sore and you don’t let me know beforehand you will still be charged for the full appointment, as you have still taken up a slot. Unless I have agreed to book you in for just eyes knowing the circumstances you will then only be charged for just eyes.
