DEPOSITS- Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking .! One deposit equals one transfer if another reschedule has occurred a additional deposit will be needed. If you are booking for multiple people a deposit for each person is needed. contact me before booking .!

LATE FEES - after 10 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment. If i am able to still service you at the 10 minute mark it will be $15 . A $25 late fee if you are 15 -20 minutes late if i can still service you or your appointment will be cancelled. Times vary depending on how busy i am for the day please be considerate of my time and others ❤️

CANCELLATION FEE- $20 if  cancelled  day of / hours before your appointment 
time. Unless of an emergency .

My experience was absolutely AMAZING with Alexus! She is so sweet and listened to me yap about my life. She is SO efficient, finishing my appointment in just 50 minutes. The shape is perfect, the french tips are perfect, she applied the charms so securely, and my nails are the prettiest they've ever been! She is so detail-oriented and incredibly talented. The ambiance in her cute little studio is so relaxing, and I felt so comfortable with her. I 110% recommend her!
