All hair clients are expected to read and book accordingly. The same rules apply across the board to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Important Info Before You Book:

Please insured all protective styles are out of hair before your appointment. 

💳 Deposits:
	•	A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
	•	Deposits are refundable only if:
You cancel at least 24 hours in advance, or
	•	You clearly communicate a last-minute emergency (life happens — just don’t make it a habit).
	•	No-shows or no-calls = non-refundable deposit.

⏰ Late Policy:
	•	15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will have to be rescheduled if you do not communicate (no communication no refund).
	•	No call + no show = no future bookings.

💬 New Clients:
	•	All new clients must complete a consultation (15–30 mins) before services begin.
	•	This can be done in person or virtually ahead of time for your convenience.

👁 Lash & Lamination Clients:
	•	Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
	•	A complimentary lash bath is included before service. 🫧

	•	Service times may vary — some may be shorter or longer.
	•	If you’re on a tight schedule, please book another day. I never rush my craft, and I want you to get the best experience possible.

❌ Cancellations:

	•	A second cancellation of the same service = no refund.
