**Policy and Terms for Lauren Jade Hair**

By booking an appointment with Lauren Jade Hair, you acknowledge and accept the following policies. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee; cancellations made less than 12 hours prior will incur a charge equal to the full payment of the booked service. Late arrivals may result in the inability to receive services due to scheduling constraints.

All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments as needed. While we endeavor to provide a satisfactory experience, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

All clients having a colour most have a skin test 24-48hrs before there appointment and sign a form.
