♡ NEW Clients of Latinasnailz must send $10 deposit via ZELLE ONLY (650-207-5773) under “ Isabella “ it will go towards your balance / it is only refundable if I fail to do my part and cancel . When booking you have a couple hours to send your deposit , if it is not sent within a few hours from booking,  your appointment will be please let me know if somebody else will be sending a deposit for you please leave a memo or text me personally that the deposit will be sent under someone else .

♡ 10 min grace period ! If you are not in my chair by the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be canceled and if you are going to be running late let me know sometimes I can work around it other times I may not be able too as appointments are back to back and will throw off my whole schedule . Please try to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Your same deposit can be used for one rescheduling; however, a new deposit must be submitted for any subsequent rescheduling. 

♡ A confirmation message will be sent a day before your appointment you must confirm with me as well if I don’t hear from you by 10pm your appointment will be canceled the following day , confirming with me is letting me know you will be coming and if you won’t be coming please let me know to reschedule you in . Any NO - shows will be banned from booking and blocked deposit will be forfeited please be mindful of each others time.

Her work is so good I loved the way my nails come out. Shes also super nice and easy to talk to!

As always Isabella does an amazing job! I’ve been going to her full time for the last 4 months and I’ve never had someone who goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great time to go while you are getting self care done! If you like bling and don’t know what to do let Isabella have fun she always makes my nails sparkle and shine!

Isabella did an amazing job with my nail set, when I say she ate and left no crumbs, I really mean she ate and left no crumbs. My nail set came out super freaking cute and was exactly what I wanted. She’s very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely continue my nail journey with her! ❤️
