Lash Petals Policies 🌸 • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service price. • Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. • No call/no shows will not be allowed to book future appointments. • Please come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. • Fill appointments must have at least 40–50% of lash extensions remaining. Anything less may be considered a full set. • Extra guests are not permitted unless approved beforehand. • Same-day cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.
