Rescheduling more then 2 times will not be acceptable *if you come in with damaged natural lashes due to pulling, tugging, playing with extensions , clusters etc . I will refuse any type of service charging 50% of the service(excluding deposit)whatsoever depending how bad the situation is , a different service can be provided * If you need a removal added to your service and no availability is shown please contact me! If you need a removal and you only booked a lash set you will have to be rescheduled if I have a busy schedule •ONLY CASH FOR THE REMAINING DUE!! Being late ! • your grace period will be 5 min , within the 10 minute after start time of your appointment and you are not inside to begin ,your appointment will be cancelled, if you come in late I will not be responsible of how fullness/ complete the service will be , I will complete what I can in the given time with full price . •After/Before Hours• ~ any appointment schedule before 9 am and after 8:30pm weekday , weekends before 8:30am, after 3pm will have an extra fee of $20 Sick! • when being sick (coughing, runny nose etc) please avoid booking an appointment if you have an appointment and got sick within the days come to your appointment contact me to be able to reschedule when you will be feeling better , if you do come in sick I will politely ask you to leave (the coughing, sneezing can cause me to poke and hurt your eyes , germs spread quick !) * please use the restroom beforehand, since I am home based the bathroom may not always be at Immediate use *No exceptions (please be aware of the scheduled appointment after you) • Fill ins have to be 40%-50% coverage anything less will be a new set, at/after 4 weeks(3 days before hitting 4 weeks will not be accepted ) a removal and new set will be required( only book a removal if you have between 30%-15% of lashes still in tack) ( volume sets can be expected at 4 weeks, Only if requirements still apply. further then 4 weeks are not accepted) • wearing strips , clusters over your extension leave residue. I will not work over the glue left over a 50% of the service will be charge not including the deposit . If it’s worked on I will not be responsible for any retention issues you will be notified to continue any changes . •no extra guest or kids due to limited space (Unless we have discussed ) •book accordingly I will not rush my work •avoid any caffeine •please no eye make up •no contacts Address will be sent out 24hrs prior to your appointment! Feel free to come in 5-10 min early * By accepting policy and terms and sending the deposit you’re agreeing to everything listed above and the messages you will receive AFTER hitting “complete booking”. By accepting and failing to comply you will be blocked from future booking and will not be able to reschedule any existing appointment .
