Policy and Terms

Please take time to read through my policies before booking. By securing an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all salon policies. LashesByCharl is now implementing a no plus ones or guests policy. All clients are to attend appointments alone, I do not have the space to accommodate guests in my Lash room. This is also to ensure you receive the highest quality service, by limiting hazards and ensuring the treatment room stays private and relaxing. Clients who fail to attend their appointment will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. This payment must be cleared before any further appointments can be made with LashesByCharl. Under no circumstances are clients entitled to a refund after their completed service. In the unlikely event that a client is unsatisfied with their service, I offer free alterations/repairs within 48 hours. Infills must not have been on for longer than 3 weeks, or will be classed as a full set. Mini infills must be no longer than 8 days. Patch tests are required for both Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations. These are free to book, and must be done at least 24 hours before your service.

Lash Lift Maintenance

Usually needed around 3 weeks post treatment. A Lash Lift maintenance service includes the re-tinting of the lashes, and a nourishing, hydrating mask is also applied to the Lashes, rehydrating them to regain health!

Brow Lam Maintenance

Usually needed 3 weeks post Brow Lamination. A Brow Lam Maintenance service includes the re-tinting of the brow hairs, a quick brow wax and shape, and then a nourishing, hydrating brow mask is applied to condition the brow hairs to maintain health.

Eyebrow Hair Removal using Hard Wax. Followed by an Eyebrow Trim & tweezing if necessary, and lastly cooling gel.
