After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment. Bookings & Payments
 Full payment will be required at the time of booking. Payments are via the booking link and additional payments will be taken by card. Arrival
 Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive with clean (makeup free) eyelashes and please remove contact lenses. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes (build up, makeup or residue) will incur an extra fee of $10

 Late arrivals of up to 10 minutes have no fee*
 Late arrivals over 15 minutes will result in a cancellation with no refund given.

Where there is availability for your appointment a late fee of $15 will be due, this is at the discretion of the lash artist. *If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Changing your appointment 
 A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. Cancellation + No Shows
You are able to reschedule your appointment free of charge if done before 24 hours of the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.

No shows and last minute cancellations will result in the full fee of your appointment being due. This must be paid immediately, and before your rebook.
 Sickness or Family Emergency
 For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short and cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. Plus Ones 
 Please note that for appointments you must arrive on your own, unfortunately we do not have the facility for children or additional visitors.

Appointment Day 
 Please remove any makeup from eye area, and come with fresh, clean lashes before your appointment!
