• DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE, you don't get a deposit back after canceling or NO SHOW

•Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If u do not reschedule a day before there is a 50% service fee! 
( NO CALL NO SHOW) 

•canceling/ rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment you will have the option of picking a new day and time. I understand life happens but you're not gonna wait to tell me you're sick an hour or 30 mins before an appointment ! 

•15 minute grace period given, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. 

•There is a NO EXTRA GUEST POLICY! NO PUBLIC RESTROOM :)

•If you are under 18 parental consent is needed either in note or over text 

• please arrive with no lash glue, eyeliner or mascara on your eyes, wearing makeup before your appointment will effect your lash retention and will need extra cleaning 

• late fee policy after 6 pm there will be a 15$ extra fee !  Secondly, I will not charge you a late fee for being 15 mins late to an appointment (unless you offer). But it will be up to me if I can still take you. (Full schedule) 

•these policy's will help ensure all my clients who are appointment ready get fairly treated. I am very respectful, kind and considerate. Communication is 100% valued. I ask that you respect my time , and my business. 


I enjoy going to my lash appointments! I often struggle with social anxiety but Mel makes me fell comfortable, and she always eats with my lashes! 10/10 🤏✨✨💗 Music selection is always on point as well!
