💕PLEASE READ THE POLICY 💕 • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, but no refund on deposit. You can also reschedule once with your deposit still valid. • 5 minutes grace for lateness. Anytime more than that will incur a 25 dollar charge. • Client’s have 48 hours max to rebook their appointment with their deposit still valid. If not a deposit would be required to reschedule your original appointment. • 25 dollars for same day booking and squeeze ins. • Pls Pay 40% of the lash set you booked to [email protected] to confirm your appointment. Once payment is confirmed location will be automatically texted to you in the confirmation text. • If deposit isn’t sent within 24 hours of your booking. Your appointment will be cancelled and deleted to allow others book that time slot. • Please if you wear contacts either medicated or not come with the case to put the contacts in for the duration of your lash appointment. • Deposits would be e-transfer and CASH for the outstanding balance • Refills will be determined based on examination of lashes. You are required to have at least 50% of lashes still on. • Please make sure you check the lashes for any faults or changes you want made before leaving, so I can make corrections. • STRICTLY No refunds, if there are any issue with the lashes I can offer options to fix them at no extra cost. • I accept Foreign Fills for an extra charge of 30 dollars. • No pets or Kids.
