A card is required on file at the time of booking. Please note that a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service will be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

The remaining balance can be paid through Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Cash (CASH IS PREFERRED)

       CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 HOURS before your appointment.
Appointment cancellations may be done through text or DM.

                         DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NO REFUNDS

If you no call/no show after 10 minutes you will NO LONGER be able to book with me. You will need a new deposit to be able to book with me again. 
                           
                           LATENESS
Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period. If client exceeds grace period then appointment will automatically be cancelled


                                  FILLS
Fills should be scheduled every 2 weeks or  3 weeks. 
Anything after 4 weeks is considered a new lash set. 

Clients must have 50% of their lashes on both eyes to be considered a fill . If less, I will let you know before I start if this the case.
                    NO FOREIGN FILLS
I do not take foreign fills from another lash artist.
If you have work from another artist, please let me know or book a removal when booking for a set with me.

She did such an amazing job! She was completely professional, from the moment I arrived she asked if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable. Arii provided me with her contact information in case I had any questions or concerns, she even provided me with an aftercare kit that came with conditioner, oil, spoolies and instructions on how to make the tint last and my eyebrows stay hydrated and looking their best! Amazing job and quality service and at a reasonable price!

Did my brows wonderfully as always! Got lash extensions for the first time and I absolutely love how she did them. She was very helpful in figuring out what lash map would work best for my eye shape and lashes. Definitely recommend!
