Policy and Terms

Please keep in mind that everyone has different natural lashes / eye shapes. A set that I may have done on another client may not look the same on you ! Please arrive with clean lashes and arrive with no eye makeup or makeup around the eye as well as no moisturiser so that it is easier to lash without any problems. Avoid caffeine before your appointment and remove eye contacts. Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep fullness of your extensions. You must have at least 40% of your lashes still on if coming for an infill. Any less may be charged for a full set. If you are wanting coloured lashes, please let me know prior to the appointment so I can have them ready for you. Please note that we use high quality products and are always sanitising our tools, however allergic reactions are unforeseeable. If you experience an allergic reaction, please let me know. Although I will strongly advice that you seek medical advice from your GP. A complimentary removal will be offered if a reaction does occur within three days of the appointment. Refunds will not be issued if you are unhappy or a reaction occurs. We will offer a complimentary removal within 3 days of the appointment. Please do not share my address or details without my consent, for safety and privacy reasons. If you are going to be late to your appointment please let me know. If you are late to your appointment, I may not be able to give you your desired set as our time has been cut short. A $15 fee will be charged if you are 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment may need to be rescheduled as this will delay the rest of my appointments for the day. NO SHOWS will NOT be accepted, if you don't show up to your appointment you will be asked to pay 50% of your appointment due to the inconvenience, as I will not be able to book another client in this space with such short notice. You may also be asked to pay in full if you wish to rebook. If you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment that's completely fine, things happen! Please just let me know 48 hours prior to your appointment. A non refundable $30 deposit will be taken when making any full set appointment. A $15 after hours fee will be charged for any appointments after 6pm. If you are a first time client and currently have lashes on, you will need to book for a removal and a full set as I cannot infill another lash techs work. If failure to do of the following, unfortunately you may be refused of service at Lashed by Angel.
