Booking & Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be secured with valid card details at the time of booking. Deposits are no longer required.

If you fail to attend your appointment and no show the day of your booking, the full appointment fee will be charged to the card provided. By entering your card details, you authorise me to process this payment in the event of a no-show.

If you need to cancel/reschedule please try and let me know 24 hours before your appointment so I have time to fill your slot.

Refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 4 days of your appointment, and I will be happy to offer a complimentary fix. Any concerns raised after this period may incur a charge.

Allergic reactions are rare but possible. In the event of a reaction, complimentary removal will be provided. Refunds are not issued for completed services.

I had my first appointment today with Olivia I had eyelash removal and new set off eye lashes , Olivia was friendly and very understanding and helped me massively with my eye lash removal she talked about how to wash eye lashes , about the right size lashes and I am very happy with my new set off eye lashes and I will be going again to have them done thank you so much Olivia keep up the good work 😊

Olivia has been doing my lashes every 2 weeks for over a year now. I have watery eyes and she is so patient, always does an amazing job! Liv always makes sure she helps me book my appointments in advance and is always accommodating. Can not recommend enough!!
