Clients of Lashed by Kelli may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. By booking an appointment with Lashed by Kelli, clients agree to abide by all policies and terms set forth by the business. Lashed by Kelli reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All services provided are at the discretion of Lashed by Kelli. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities prior to receiving services. Lashed by Kelli is not liable for any reactions or injuries resulting from services provided. Payment is due at the time of service. Clients who do not pay for services may be subject to legal action.
