Policy and Terms

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let me know in advance as much as you can. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay your appointment in full. No shows are required to pay their full appointment.

Patch test

Patch tests are essential for your safety. They check for any allergic reactions to the products used and must be done at least 48 hours before your treatment. If a patch test isn’t completed in time, the appointment can’t go ahead. Please book your patch test 48 hours in advance to ensure a safe and comfortable treatment.
