-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment 📆 this is MANDATORY for Everyone. -Remaining amount should be paid on the day of appointment before service and payment MUST be paid in CASH. -A grace period of 15 minutes is allotted ,after which you will attract a $1000 late fee if you are late beyond 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled and your deposit lost . -At least 24hours notice is required prior to your appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel (You are ONLY allowed 1 rescheduled per deposit ). -When booking a refill please to ensure you have atleast 50% of your lashes , if there is less than 50% it will be considered and charged as a Full set . -No call No show or same day cancellation will result in a lost of deposit . -Absolutely No extra guest or Kids at the time of your appointment. -Please to come prepared to be serviced with No make-up ,No mascara and clean lashes .
