POLICY ❗️NO MORE CASHAPP, DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENTS THROUGH CASHAPP, THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Please review all policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following: • Inform me prior to your appointment if you are sick or experiencing symptoms. • A $15 non-refundable booking fee is required. It may be transferred once; additional reschedules require a new deposit. • All services are non-refundable. • Arrive with a clean face and lashes (no makeup, mascara, or oils). • No extra guests unless approved by me in advance. • Notify me of any allergies and remove contact lenses before your appointment. Adjustment Policy: • Contact me within 48 hours for any fixes. After 48 hours, a $45 touch-up fee applies. ⸻ LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: $50 fee (unpaid fees will result in booking restrictions). • Cancellations within 24 hours: $25 fee to rebook. • Cancellations within 48 hours of major holidays: $50 fee to rebook. • A strict 10-minute grace period applies. ⸻ LASH COURSE DISCLAIMER This course is for educational purposes only and does not provide licensing. ⸻ CLIENT CONSENT By booking with Lashed by Elma, you acknowledge and agree: • To the application, removal, and/or maintenance of eyelash extensions by Elma Kurtic. • There are potential risks, including irritation or discomfort and reactions to the products. • Contact lenses must be removed to avoid complications. • Proper aftercare must be followed to maintain lash health and retention. • “Lashed by Elma” is not liable for irritation, discomfort, or improper aftercare. • You are 18+ or have parental/guardian consent. • You grant permission for photos/videos for promotional use. • You will disclose any allergies or medical conditions. This agreement applies to all future appointments. No exceptions.
